This Privacy Policy explains how Relevant Records ("CRE8," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use CRE8 at usecre8.com (the "Service"). We keep it plain: we collect what we need to run CRE8, and we don't sell your personal data.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use the private content you upload to train third-party AI models on your behalf beyond what's needed to produce your requested outputs.
We share limited data with trusted providers only as needed to run CRE8:

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by us and our providers (including Render, Supabase, and Cloudflare). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as password hashing, access controls, and encrypted connections — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We keep your account information and content while your account is active. If you delete content or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA and similar laws), you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We don't use them to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser, though the Service may not work properly without the essential ones.
CRE8 is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
CRE8 is operated from Canada. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information may be processed in Canada and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
